Shannon Toliver

Meet Shannon:

My name is Shannon Toliver.

I was first indoctrinated into a curly world at Madusalon in San Francisco in 2009. In addition to being an expert in curly hair cutting  I also offer services in thermal straightening, precision cutting, coloring,  braiding, and men’s cuts.

I believe education should never come to an end and have continued to educate myself in trainings throughout the world.

Shannon’s “Mane Obsession” is conscious care and I’m dedicated to providing you with the tools and knowledge to tend to your hair.  Healthy hair is key.
